Refund and Returns Policy

1. Return Period & Eligibility

At Franmar Signature Line LLC, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. However, if you are not completely happy, we offer a return policy that lasts 30 days from the date of delivery. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, the item must meet the following criteria:

  • The product must be unused and in its original condition as received.
  • The item must be returned in its original packaging, including any accessories or documentation.
  • Proof of purchase, such as a receipt or order confirmation, is required to process any return.

2. Items Not Eligible for Return

Certain products are non-returnable due to hygiene, safety, or personalized nature. These include:

  • Perishable goods (food, flowers, newspapers, magazines).
  • Intimate or sanitary products (such as personal hygiene items, undergarments).
  • Hazardous materials or items containing flammable liquids or gases.
  • Gift cards and downloadable software products.
  • Personal care and health-related items that have been opened or used.

Additionally, items that are damaged, used, or missing parts not due to our error cannot be accepted for return.

3. Partial Refunds & Return Exceptions

There are specific circumstances where only partial refunds will be granted:

  • Books with visible signs of use.
  • CDs, DVDs, software, video games, vinyl records, or cassette tapes that have been opened.
  • Any item not in its original condition, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.

4. Refund Process

Once we receive your return, our team will inspect the item and notify you via email regarding its approval or rejection.

  • Approved Refunds: If your return is approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or payment provider to finalize the refund.
  • Rejected Refunds: If an item does not meet our return conditions, we will notify you, and the item may be returned to you at your expense.

5. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund after 7 business days, follow these steps:

  1. Check your bank account again, as transactions may take time to process.
  2. Contact your credit card company, as refunds may take time to be officially posted.
  3. Reach out to your bank, since some financial institutions have delays in refund processing.
  4. If you have completed all steps and still do not see your refund, contact us at franmar0193@gmail.com.

6. Sale Items

Only regular-priced items are eligible for a refund. Sale items cannot be refunded.

7. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact us at franmar0193@gmail.com before shipping the item to ensure eligibility.

8. Gift Returns

  • If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of the return.
  • Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be emailed or mailed to you.
  • If the item was not marked as a gift, or the gift giver had it sent to themselves before giving it to you, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser.

Shipping Costs:
Customers are responsible for return shipping fees, which are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from the refund amount.

Delivery Time:
The time required for your exchanged product to reach you depends on your location. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for higher-value items, as we do not guarantee receipt of returned items.
