1. Processing & Handling

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day. If there is a high volume of orders, processing times may be extended. Customers will be notified via email if there is a delay.

2. Shipping Methods & Rates

5. Lost or Delayed Shipments

6. Returns & Exchanges
